03 · One thing led to the next
Every business here grew out of the one before it. None of it was planned in advance, but all of it is connected on purpose.
③ Insurance-Guide The first website I built myself was Insurance-Guide, a guide to Swiss insurance for internationals.
④ Prime Relocation A relocation company in Zug, Prime Relocation, needed more clients. I built their website and a lead system. Many of the people it brought in also needed insurance.
⑤ ReloFinder Then ReloFinder, a directory that ranks relocation agencies in Switzerland by their Google reviews. Agencies pay for introductions, never for their position. It introduced me to most of the industry.
⑥ Loaded AG · 2026 Some of those agencies asked whether I could build their websites too. That became Loaded: today a core team of nine, and since August 2026 a company of its own, Loaded AG. This is where most of my days go.
⑦ Offlist Offlist came out of the same conversations: homes in Zürich, Zug, Geneva and Basel that are never publicly listed.
⑧ PrimAI · 2024 Where the two sides meet most clearly. PrimAI started in 2024 as an AI premium calculator, together with Unterwaldner Versicherungen. Today it is a free iPhone app for Swiss health insurance.
⑨–⑪ Software for agents After that, things we built at Loaded for AI agents. More about those further down.
Two nets Laid out properly, it is a system of two nets, built on purpose. ReloFinder and Offlist bring people who move to Switzerland to relocation agencies. After the move, many of them come back to Expat-Savvy for insurance. Insurance-Guide and PrimAI send insurance questions there directly.
The second net builds the first: Loaded makes and runs the software for all of it, next to our own experiments.
Day to day Where my time actually goes: first Loaded and our client projects. Then alive and lifted, and taking notanotr to market. Expat-Savvy has its own team, PrimAI is live, and the directories run quietly.
